It isn't hard to see why I get sooo excited by photographing weddings. The trouble and effort that a couple will go to, the details and the colours so not only they but their guests also will have such a memorable day. And again such is the case with Liz & Tom! What a beautiful day! Liz & Tom were married up at the Ebb Restaurant an absolutely breathtaking spot for a ceremony and later we wandered up and down a patch of the Maroochy River for their creative shots. Liz & Tom you are such a lovely couple, I wish you every happiness as you journey through life together!

Pretty Beads! (and Beads!)
The more I look around my house the more I realise that I have a lot of things with Beads... The other day I was just again photographing around the house and felt a pattern emerging...
I have these hanging in my kitchen over the serving area...
Sweet little candle holder that is part of a set and a gift from my very first Bride & Groom, Megan & Darren... xx

Brisbane Photographer | Fav Shots from May & June
I like to take shots around the house and also when I'm out location hunting for wedding and engagement shoots I often come by some cute scenes. At the beginning of this year I also started taking classes for the Community Place at Wooloowin. One of the classes is a "Pics in the Park" format. We walk around this gorgeous park near Toombul for a couple of hours and take photos of the variety of nature flora and fauna along the way. So this entry is a result of the three situations I find myself in.
This shot was taken at Sunrise back home the morning after a wedding. I couldn't sleep and thought i'd set the camera up for some shots.
I took this shot through an unfortunate dead olive plant that we'd hoped we would transplant out of the pot one day.
This is the view from the back of the restaurant up at the Maroochy River where one of my lovely couples were married.
On a walk on behalf of the Community place, there's always a lot to photograph, nature wise.
Back at home and the Jasmine vine is taking over our side gate.
Checking out a location...
Again the backyard.... and the source of our holey orange tree...
