Brisbane Portrait Photographer | Clare & Bryce

I met with Clare & Bryce at the Mt Cootha Botanical Gardens the day before their wedding to do this shoot with them. For a couple that don't particularly enjoy being on that side of a lens they sure worked it! The wedding photos should be ready within the week and I look forward to sharing them with you. Clare was such a beautiful bride! And Bryce such a dashing groom! In the meantime, here's some of my favourite shots from the day before...

Brisbane Wedding Photographer | Tahira & Asrar

The long awaited shots from Tahira & Asrar are here! You may remember this lovely couple from earlier on in the year when I shot their engagement photos. Tahira & Asrar had a traditional Muslim ceremony in Tahira's parents backyard which was no mean feat having organised seats for over 120 people! Asrar's father was the Imam officiating the ceremony. Afterwards we headed over to GOMA to take some shots before going back to the reception at the Roma Restaurant (http://www.romarestaurant.com.au).

Congratulations Tahira & Asrar! I wish for your happiness in marriage together! Although I don't think there will be much of a problem there, you guys look so happy and in love, its so great to see.

Then we headed off to GOMA (Gallery of Modern Art) at Southbank after a quick detour to Asrar's parents place to get changed where there the celebrations continued.

I just can't tell you how to me, this image is just exactly how I imagined it and perfect...

Brisbane Wedding Photographer | Geoff & Mary

The great thing about Geoff & Mary is their love for each other and also the love they have for their kids and of the kooky fun side of life. Life is too boring if you go about it seriously all the time!

Geoff & Mary were married at Our Lady of the Rosary at Kenmore and afterwards the reception was at the Summit at Mt Cootha where my parents too had their reception back in 1974.

Geoff proposed to Mary upstairs in the Summit Restaurant and they wanted to recreate that moment... (i just love this shot!)
